We are open from Monday to Friday (except Holidays) between 0900 to 1700 Hours
or Click here to request an appointment online.

As a Specialist clinic, patients need referral from their General Practitioner, family
physician or other doctor.

When you come for your appointment Remember to bring the following :

• Medicare or the veteran affairs card.
• Referral letter from your GP, family physician or other doctor.
• Have your insurance information with you.
• Bring copies of records from clinics outside (optional).

To cancel an appointment:

Please call our practice during office hours and let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can give that time to another patient.
